In 1940, Charles Batka founded Hudson Tool & Die, a manufacturer built on the principles of constant improvement and innovation. With that foundation, the company quickly grew from a facility in Hudson County, New Jersey, to a second facility in Ormond Beach, Florida. 

Hudson Tool & Die became a part of the JSJ family in 1984 and accelerated its evolution as a deep drawn stamping manufacturer. This transformation led to the name change to Hudson Technologies and the consolidation to the Florida plant. Within the coming years, Hudson Technologies became a green manufacturer, was named Manufacturer of the Year by Volusia Manufacturers Association and was awarded the AS9100 certification. Today, Hudson Technologies continues to grow and service industry leaders among the semiconductor, aerospace and medical fields.
