John Grasmeyer, VP of Strategic Sourcing at Sparks Belting, recalls the day he and his colleagues were introduced to the sign that displays outside their building. A man found the sign in an old Sparks warehouse and brought it to Sparks Belting’s new location. Since its history is such an integral part of the business, the company decided to purchase the sign and photos found in the warehouse from the man. In fact, a few of the photos feature family members of current employees.
