Kylene Smith is a member of the JSJ Executive Team and provides formal experience in leading change and strategy development for JSJ Corporation’s portfolio. She is a certified public accountant and has been responsible for turnaround strategy planning for JSJ Corporation’s portfolio of manufacturing companies and leading quarterly planning sessions with the JSJ portfolio of businesses. Kylene’s experience spans both large, publicly traded companies to privately owned family businesses. She has served as a senior leader for the past 12 years, including holding the President role in a small manufacturing company. Kylene and her husband Ross, live in Grand Haven, MI, with their three children.
