When the President of my company departed, Nelson, the CEO and President of JSJ, approached me about joining the JSJ team. He let me know that JSJ valued my dedication and contributions — and had advancement opportunities for me at the corporate office. A big reason I’ve stayed at JSJ all these years is because Nelson took the time to show me that I was valued. Twelve years later, Nelson is still just as appreciative. He works hard and is incredibly humble.
